Refund Policy

We want SyncDroid to earn its place in your toolkit. If it doesn’t, we don’t want your money.
14-day refund window
Every paid tier is covered by a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. If you request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, we will refund the full amount. No justification is required.
How to request a refund
Email support@syncdroid.io from the address associated with your account, including your order number or the email used at checkout. Refunds are processed via Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, and typically appear on the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. If you forget to cancel and the renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 14 days of the renewal date and we will refund it. After 14 days, a renewal charge is non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent further renewals.
Annual plans
Annual plans are also covered by the 14-day window from the date of purchase. We do not pro-rate refunds after the 14-day window has elapsed.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks are expensive for small operators and we are committed to resolving any payment dispute amicably.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer-protection rights you may have under applicable law (including the EU consumer right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU). This policy describes the additional, more generous refund window we voluntarily offer on top of those statutory rights.
